Message	If the seal on the input shaft has a slight tear it will seem fine when signaling the lock up, But will not hold under load. I have seen many shops accidentally tear the seal for the lockup when sliding the converter onto the input shaft. I have even seen shops leave the seal out completely and the converter still feels like it locks up when sending the signal, But it will not hold any power.
